Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for shipping their bouquet to The Pressed Petal Co within 3 days of their event date. We recommend using a trackable service and properly packaging your flowers to help ensure they arrive safely. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during shipping to our studio.
Finished keepsakes will be shipped from our studio using a tracked shipping service. You will receive a tracking number once your piece is on its way. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Cancellation Policy
Because each order is custom and production often begins as soon as flowers are received, we do not accept cancellations once a purchase is made. Please ensure you are ready to proceed before completing your order.
If your event is canceled or postponed and you need to delay shipping your bouquet, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We may be able to make arrangements depending on timing and our schedule, but we cannot guarantee availability or refunds.
